You will not resell or redistribute our products for use in humans or animals

We make every effort to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. 5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you offer to purchase the products listed in your order at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. All prices are displayed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping unless otherwise stated.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Vital Chains is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Due to the nature of our research products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt with photographic evidence. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit. We do not issue refunds for products that have been opened, used, or stored improperly.
